Equilibrated bilayers containing various percentages of cholesterol (Höltje te al parameters) are available from PDB structures of cholesterol-containing membranes from Jochen Hub's Computational Molecular Biophysics Group.

Cholesterol parameters from Höltje et al were cently used by Wennberg, van der Spoel and Hub, JACS 134 (2012), 5351 doi:10.1021/ja211929h.
